Staffs treated you as a second rated citizens. Very judgmental because you are the same ethnic as the staffs. Will serve foreigners on their hands and knees. Example; I ordered an omelet and a foreigner ordered an omelet, bring to foreigners but not me

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff is five star.

I stayed here in the off season and the restaurant had a limited menu. It may be time to start updating the facilities.

Old (building, room & fitness)

A beautiful old hotel. Lovely staff. Good location for walking around Siem Reap.

Some facilities were not maintained well eg gym and spa. Gift shop in hotel was also closed.

Friendly attentive staff.The pool was a good size in nice surroundings.

Beds were definitely a bit on the firm side.

The staff is highly attend and the service is definitely 5 stars. The outdoor facilities are nice but close at 19:00 (7PM) which is sad because enjoying a drink in the garden would be so nice in the evening. The rooms are dated but still in good shape, it could be improved by adding usb charging ports and slightly improving the bathrooms. (The shower is hanging at a height of 1,70m which is very low. Breakfast is good, however the dining experience is pretty basic (it’s good but I expect a bit more then croutons bacons onions and lettuce in a Caesar salad). Adding some chairs and a table on the balcony would be nice too. All this are small but necessary improvements, the building, furniture and installations are in excellent shape so it would make a big difference.

Fantastic hotel , great location , fantastic breakfast , fabulous swimming pool.Excellent and very willing staff. Also quite close to town or cheap tuk tuk ride.Will definitely recommend to others . We had a great room overlooking the swimming pool.

Love the hotel the staff could not do enough for you and always greeted you with a smile.

Initial gave us a corner room which had no view from the balcony but moved us instantly once we pointed this out.

Big pool, big room, friendly staff, morning breakfast mostly not acceptable except the freshly made eggs which were very good.

No wifi in room (didn't work and they didn't follow up on helping when I told reception), no food at the hotel (no room service menu in room, hard/impossible to find), very old. hotel, all amenities very old fashioned.

Loved that it was almost empty, felt like we had a huge resort to ourselves. Rooms were spacious, pool area was great, location was good and staff were lovely.

You can tell the hotel has probably had better days but I think they refurbished during Covid. Quite a few mosquitos in the room, not sure why.

The Century exceeded all my expectations and I plan on staying there next winter for several months.The breakfast was modest but nutritious with omelette cooked on the spot. The pool is gorgeous and the gym was surprisingly good.

Nice Place, not top notch but comfortable with friendly staff and nothing to complain about. They prepared a lunch box for us because we could not wait for breakfast since we took the sunrise tour to Angkor at 4:30 in the morning. Not in the center of the city, I see that as an advantage, others may not. Nice pool!

the resort was just perfect with neat and clean rooms. Cost is very reasonable. Rooms were very specious.

Our Booking was first denied and then after we showed our booking then the person at the reception agreed and gave us the rooms. I was not expecting this to happen.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff and nice large pool, very relaxing. helped organise transport for the temples and to the airport.

The wifi doesnt work in my room. At all! It takes a bit long and expensive for laundry ( comparing to other services).

By far the best thing about this hotel is the pool. It is as pictured - great size, great temperature and very pleasant surrounds. Sitting on the terrace next to the pool having breakfast was the most pleasant part of our stay.

This would have been a grand hotel in its heyday. Unfortunately it appears to have been neglected to the point that it is at best a three-star experience. It was not "one thing" but many little things that contributed to a disappointing experience - so much so that we abandoned our stay after one night for an apartment in the centre of Siem Reap (great choice for our group). Some examples: The light switches in the room did not work - we had to sleep with the lights on. There were no teabags. There was only one key available for the room (inconvenient for a family). When the plug in the bathroom went in, we then could not release it. The location, although not too far from the city centre, would mostly have required a tuk tuk unless you were feeling energetic. The equipment in the gym was out of order. But by far the worst part was the AWFUL wifi. Unforgiveable in this day and age.

The breakfast staff excellent. ..should have many choices breakfast , counter staff should solve guest problems etc..like money converter or small amount to py taxi others all are good
